- December 2006: Listed shares on Hanoi Stock Exchange, stock code is SDA.
- April 2007: Changed its name to SIMCO Song Da Joint Stock Company under Song Da Corporation.
- November 2015: Raised charter capital to 262 billion VND, equivalent to 11,683 million USD.
- November 2021: The company signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Smarttech Vietnam Joint Stock Company, and at the same time changed its business focusing on developing Green Smart Cities andinvesting in the production of high-tech products that links to the global production value chain.
